I don’t think so.
At least not the good ones.
AI is already changing the way developers work. It can help write code faster, generate layouts, fix bugs, and handle repetitive tasks that used to take hours.
But building a good website is not just about writing code.
A real developer still needs to understand:
• What the client actually wants
• What problem the business is trying to solve
• How users will interact with the website
• How to make the experience simple and effective
• How to communicate clearly with non-technical people
AI can speed up the process.
But it does not replace strategy, judgment, creativity, or understanding the client’s business.
In my opinion, AI will not replace web developers.
It will replace developers who refuse to learn how to use AI.
The future belongs to developers who combine technical skill with AI tools.
AI is not the replacement.
AI is the advantage.
What do you think?
